Launch of Issue 6 of Revival Poetry Journal plus a reading by guest poet Fred Johnston.

The White HousePoets launch Issue six of REVIVAL Poetry Journal next Wed 23rd Jan at the White House.
The launch will be performed by our guest poet for the night Fred Johnston.
Copies will be available on the night PRICE: €7.00
Submissions are now being accepted for Issue 7 to be published in April. 2008. Deadline for submissions is the 29th Feb 2008.

Fred Johnston poet and novelist, was born in Belfast and now lives in Galway. In 1972 he received a Hennessy Award for prose and in 1988 he received an Irish Arts Council literary bursary and wasappointed writer-in-residence to Galway City and County Libraries. In 1986 he founded Cuirt, Galway's annual poetry (now poetry and literature) festival.

The White House Poets acknowledge the financial support of the Arts Council, Poetry Ireland and Foras na Gaeilge.
